摘要目的　探讨急诊剖腹洗胃治疗口服药物中毒临床效果。方法　对 34例口服药物中毒患者进行急诊剖腹洗胃治疗。结果　 32例治愈 ,2例死亡。结论　及时急诊剖腹洗胃对内科洗胃失败的口服药物中毒患者 ,能有效提高抢救成功率。
