摘要
目的 了解深静脉血栓形成 (DVT)患者MTHFR基因型之间抗心磷脂抗体水平的变化 ,探讨遗传因素与获得性因素对静脉血栓形成的作用。方法 用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) ,检测 4 0例深静脉血栓患者与 4 0例健康对照者的抗心磷脂抗体IgA ,IgM ,IgG的水平 ,并且用PCR RFLP法检测MTHFR基因型。结果 DVT组MTHFR(C/T)型与对照组相比 ,IgA(0 .82± 0 .38)、IgM(0 .5 4± 0 .2 6 )、IgG(0 .73± 0 .4 2 )均高于对照组IgA(0 .5 2± 0 .31)、IgM (0 .34± 0 .17)、IgG(0 .37± 0 .2 7) ,P <0 .0 5。
Objective To learn the level of anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) in different genotype of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase,discuss the occurring mechanism of venous thrombosis from genetic reason and acquired reason.Methods A case control study was performed to detect the ACA in 40 cases of DVT and 40 cases of control with ELISA,to detect the genotype of MTHFR/C677T with PCR RFLP.Results The levels of IgA (0.82±0.38)?IgM(0.54±0.26)?IgG(0.73±0.42) in DVT group are significantly higher than that of IgA(0.52±0.31)?IgM(0.34±0.17)?IgG(0.37±0.27) in control group between heterzygote of MTHFR, P <0.05.Conclusions Maybe,the mutation of MTHFR and the increasing of ACA are probably the compound risk factors of deep venous thrombosis.
