摘要
本文在结合中国造血干细胞移植系统的经费需求分析的基础上 ,以政策分析和因素分析方法为手段 ,探讨目前干细胞移植系统的筹资渠道 ,提出以多元协调化的筹资模式进行资料库自身建设 ;以采取“谁受益 ,谁出资”原则 ,并与我国医疗保险改革相结合 ,进行干细胞移植经费的多方筹集。
The article has probed into financial resource of Chinese system of hematopoiesis stem cell at present,by means of policy and factor analysis,based on the foundation of financial demanding analysis.We suggested that self-construction should be extensive and harmony,according to principle of who finane, who benefit', and combining with reform of hospitalization insurance.
