摘要 目的 :观察当归注射液对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的作用。方法 :检测刀豆球蛋白 A(Concanavalia A,Con A)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化。结果 :1 mg/ kg、1 0 mg/ kg和 1 0 0 mg/ kg的当归注射液加照射组 Con A刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化比单纯照射组明显增加。随着当归剂量的增加 ,当归注射液 (1 0 0 0 mg/ kg)加照射组 Con A刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化与单纯照射组比无明显变化。结论 :低浓度的当归注射液对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能具有刺激作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of chinese angelica injection on the immunological function in the mice with radiation damage.Methods:Concanavalin A(Con A) induced proliferation of mouse splenetic lymphocytes was examined with isotope labelling in control group,radiation group and radiation with chinese angelica group.Results:Con A induced proliferation of splenetic lymphocytes in radiation with chinese angelica group at the doses of lmg/kg,10mg/kg and 100mg/kg was significantly higher than that in radiation group( P < 0.01 ),whereas it was not remarkably enhanced by chinese angelica injection at the dose of 1000 mg/kg.Conclusion:It is suggested that low dose of chinese angelica injection could stimulate the immune system of radiated mice.
