摘要
依据社会存在和社会意识辨证关系的原理、面向新世纪 ,探讨了体育本质、体育精神及其价值意义 ;结合体育精神的价值功能 ,阐述了社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善 ,需要体育精神的弘扬 ;并对如何弘扬体育精神作了分析。
According to the dialectical theory of the existence and consciousness of the society,the thesis which faces the new century discusses the innate characters of PE,the spirit of PE,and their meaning of value,and explains the establishment and improvement of socialist market economy system,which combines with the function of value of the spirit in PE,need carry forward the spirit of PE.The idea of how to carry forward it is also analyzed in the paper.
