宝浪油田宝北区块固井技术研究与应用

Research and Applications of Cementing Technology in Baolang Oilfield

摘要 宝浪油田宝北区块固井施工中存在上部井段井眼不规则而导致顶替效率低,下部井段地层高压流体比较活跃,易窜槽等技术难点,通过采取提高套管居中度、优化隔离液及冲洗液性能、应用两凝水泥浆体系等技术措施,较好地解决了该区块固井存在的问题,提高了固井质量。 During cementing in Baobei block of Baolang Oilfield, there were many such technique difficulties as low displacement efficiency caused by the upper abnormal well bore and fluids channeling caused by active high pressure fluids. These difficulties were solved by the following measures :raising casing concentric level, optimizing the performances of flushing fluid and spacer fluid and using bisetting cement slurry system, etc. The cementing quality was improved apparently in this area.
