摘要
利率市场化既可能为我国市场经济的发展创造良好的金融环境,也同样可能加大我国金融体系乃至整个市场体系的风险。因此,我们在推进利率市场化改革的过程中,不仅要看到它积极的一面,更要密切注意其所可能带来的种种风险,循序渐进,加强防范,重视配套,共同推动我国利率市场化改革预期目标的稳步实现。
Interest rate marketization,on one hand,is likely to create a good financial environment for the development of our market economy.On the other hand,it is also likely to increase the risks for our financial system and even for the whole market system.Therefore,in the process of the reform of interest rate marketization,we should consider about its positive points,and must fo-cus our attention on its various potential risks.In order to achieve the expected goal of the reform of our interest rate marketization,we ought to take actions step by step,strengthen the prevention against risks,and conduct counterpart measures.
