摘要
讨论了土壤磷素形态和有机磷有效性研究进展,分析了传统土壤磷素分级方法局限性,综述了土壤磷素分级方法的研究进展,特别详细地描述了Hedley法和Guppy法。
Phosphorous fractionation is a method developed to estimate both the size of readily phtoavavilable P pool and the soil ability to replenish the pool. This paper deels with soil phosphorus forms and advances of organic phosphorus bioavailablity and limitations on the traditional soil phosphorus fractionation scheme. Research advances on soil phosphorous fractionation were reiewed, especially the Hedley method,which has become the most widely used P fractionation technique and its modification(Guppy method)were explicitly detailed.
