摘要
人力资源作为企业的战略资源,对其管理具有深远的战略意义。深入探讨了西方一些先进的人力资源管理方法如“抽屉式”管理、“末日”管理、“一分钟”等,了解与掌握一些先进的人力资源管理方法,对其改善自身的人力资源管理水平将能启到良好的借鉴作用。
There are so many profound meanings for us to strengthen the management of human resources , because it plays a very important role in the strategic resources of our enterprises. The article introduces some advanced means in the west such as Drawer management , End management and 'A Minute management ect. To use the means reasonably lay down the solid base for the enterprise' s long development. Therefore, to understand and grasp some advanced management methods of human resources will be greatly helpful for us to improve the conditions of the human resources.
