摘要
职工参与公司治理是经济民主发展的趋势,有其深厚的理论依据。在中国推行职工参与制度更有现实意义。在详实分析我国职工参与公司治理现状的基础上,提出完善我国职工参与公司治理的相应建议。
Employee's participation in corporate governance is the trend of economic democratic development. In China, carrying out employee's participation system has deep theoritical basis and realistic significance. This paper fully analyses the present situation of our country' s emplayee whon participate in corporate governance and puts forward some suggestions of improving employee's participation in corporate governance accordingly.
