论述了发挥市场对信息的整合作用的机制的积极意义,分析了我国信息市场政策法规体系不健全、信息流通不畅、资源建设滞后等等不足;提出建立统一的信息市场管理机构,增强对信息市场的管理和调控等政策措施。
Af first,it deals with the importance of the information market,Then the present information market lacks in its corprate and high minds,is undertaking in low efficiency,and isn't complete in lasful institution.End it is necessary for us to build complete systems able to collaborate all estates,to supervise the undertakings of all corporate,to set up a complete lawful settings to control the orders of information market.
