摘要
本文依据结构不同可靠度下的S -N曲线形状参数相同的观点 ,利用复合材料结构的不完全S -N数据 ,得到一组不完全疲劳极限数据 ,并采用秩统计方法 ,求得结构的p S N曲线 ,最后 ,给出了两个应用实例 ,通过对比分析了本文方法与假定完全寿命法的处理结果 ,发现本文方法充分利用了数据信息 。
In the paper,according as the opinion that the shape parameters of the S N curves under different reliability are changeless,by processing the incomplete S N fatigue experimental data,a set of incomplete fatigue limit data can be got.Then by using the mean rank statistical method,the distribution law and the p S N curves of the structures can be determined.The results of this method are compared with those of the supposed complete life method . The comparison indicates that the method of this paper can provide a better fatigue performance of structure.
