摘要
为了充分利用以往的调查资料和动物分布数据,可以利用GIS技术进行啮齿动物物种多样性信息管理。利用GIS技术,采用县级行政区作为物种的地理分布单元,结合生态环境数据,进行物种地理分布的生境分析,对以往分布资料进行确认,并预测物种的分布范围,获得数字化的物种分布图,在此基础上,建立我国西部干旱地区啮齿动物地理分布的信息管理系统,从而实现啮齿动物分布数据的信息化管理。该系统由数据输入子系统、数据管理和处理子系统、信息输出子系统组成,为数据管理和空间分析提供了有力的保障,并为我国西部干旱地区生物多样性和啮齿动物地理学研究提供极大的便利。
An information system supported by GIS was built for management of distributional information of rodent species in arid regions of West China. Since most of data of rodent distribution were collected only with the localities of county, it was practical that administrative area of county was used as distributional unit to verify the preceding data. Based on the verified distributional data of glires, combined with environment data,the habitats of all the 120 species of glires in arid regions of West China were analyzed, and GIS model of species ranges were produced. Finally, the information system consisting of data input subsystem, data management and retrieval,and output subsystem was designed to facilitate using the environment and distributional data to discover distributional patterns of rodent diversity in arid regions of West China.It is of importance to get the distributional information especial of pest rodent quickly under the situation of development of West China.
