摘要
介绍现浇混凝土薄壁管桩技术以及在南京大厂区高填土市政道路软基加固中的应用.对现浇薄壁管桩进行了静载试验,桩基容许承载力超过了设计值,满足了工程要求;通过低应变测试分析,检测桩桩身质量是完整的.通过现场测试沉桩过程中地面水平位移和桩周土压力的变化,发现薄壁管桩侧向挤土效应小,沉桩对周围土体变形影响小.
An introduction is given to the technology of thinwall concrete pipe pile casting and its application to stabilization of the high fill soft foundation of a municipal road in Dachang District of Nanjing City. The static load test performed on castinplace piles shows that the permissible bearing capacity of the pile foundation exceeds their design value and meets the requirement of the project, and the result of the lowstrain test shows the integrity of the test piles. Besides, the variations of the horizontal displacement of ground surface and soil pressure around piles measured during the process of pilesinking indicate that the lateral soil crushing effect around piles is small, and that pilesinking is of small effect on the deformation of surrounding soil.
