摘要
以正交实验方法研究从人工栽培的黄姜中提取薯蓣皂素的酶解工艺.实验表明,酶解法提取薯蓣皂素的最佳条件为:150g黄姜在350mL水、3.0mL淀粉酶、40℃下酶解12h的条件下,薯蓣皂素的收率最高.在此条件下,皂素的得率平均可达2.37%,与直接酸水解法的得率1.84%相比有较大幅度的提高.
The method of extracting sapogenins from dioscorea zingiberensis through enzymatic hydrolysis by orthogonal tests is presented. Amylase (3.0 mL), water (350 mL), and time (12 hours) are the best condition. In this condition, the rate of yield for sapogenins in average is 2.37%, which is higher than the method of directive hydrolysis (the rate of yield for sapogenins is 1.84%).
