摘要
通过改进圆柱凸轮数控铣削加工编程方法 ,降低了圆柱凸轮的加工成本并能满足凸轮槽宽的高精度要求 ;通过对各个数控加工程序段编程进给速度的修正 ,使得刀具的实际进给速度为恒速 ,明显改善了凸轮槽的工作表面粗糙度。
The machining cost of barrel cam is decreased by improving the CNC programming method for milling of barrel cam, and the method can meet the request of cam groove width precision. The actual cutting feed speed in CNC machining of barrel cam can be kept a constant by adjusting the programming cutting feed speed of every CNC program block, and the surface roughness of cam is improved obviously.
