摘要
镇海炼油化工股份有限公司焦化蜡油过滤器运行过程中存在运行不稳定、压力降上升过快、安全阀起跳频繁、切换时蜡油系统压力及流量变化大、控制面板失灵等问题 ,分析了产生这些问题的原因 ,提出了改进措施 ,取得了较好的效果。
Some problems were existing in the coker gatch filter running of Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd. (1) Unstable running; (2) Pressure drop increases too fast; (3) Frequent starting of the safety valve; (4) Great changes of pressure and flow capacity in gatch system when coker is switched and (5) the control plate was out of order. Causes of the problems have been analyzed and the counter-measures proposed. Good effect has been obtained.
