摘要
介绍了测量不确定度的有关概念,给出了不确定度的两类评定标准和测量结果的不确定度评定表示.简述了用不确定度评定测量结果的质量比误差表示更加科学合理的问题.并通过两个具体算例,阐明了物理实验测量的不确定度评定的具体应用方法.
This paper introduces the concept and terminology of uncertainty, gives two types of assessing criterion for uncertainty and shows how to express the experiment results by using uncertainty. Through analyzing and discussing the specific problems, it states that using quality rate error to show the measure results is more scientific. In the end of this paper, using two specific examples clarify the application of uncertainty in the physical experiment measurement.
