摘要
通过结合世界及我国天然气事业的现状和发展前景,从经济、环境、资源、科技等方面协调发展的相互关系出发,提出了为保证我国天然气事业可持续发展,政府应在政策引导、建全法律法规、建立市场和合理补偿机制、发展西气东输等方面所应采取的措施。
A theory about the sustaining development and utilization of natural gas in China was studied according to the actuality and development prospect between world and China. In accordance with the sustaining development in China natural gas and corresponding measures including the policyrelated guide of government, administrative legislation , perfect marke and compensation mechanism and so on were discussed, which were coordinated development with correlativity of economy, environment, resource and technology.
