摘要
本文通过对影响技术责任主体缺失的因素,从内在与外在两个层面进行了详尽的分析与论证,指出了技术责任主体的缺失不仅是技术社会里技术异化在现实中的客观反映,同时也是技术社会的一种病态表征,由此追问并寻找技术责任主体的回归途径就成为技术社会面临的现实问题。
The article detailedly discuss the reasons for Subject's absence of responsibility for technology in technological society from inner and external aspects.And it also points out that this kind of phenomena in the technological society is not only the reflection about technological dissimilation but also the reflection about the diseased technological society.So it is the primary problem for technological society to examine minutely and look for the ways of the subject of responsibility for technology.
