摘要
通过水力学模型实验 ,优化了板坯连铸机中间包内型。试验结果表明 ,优化后的中间包流场趋于合理 ,大型夹杂物能充分上浮 ,钢液的最短停留时间为 41s ,平均停留时间 3 94.85s,死区体积为 7.66% 。
By means of water modeling the internal shape of the slab continuous casting tundish is optimized. Results indicate that through the process a more reasonable flow field is achieved in the tundish where large sixe inclusions can float up swiftly and the minimum retention time for the hot metal comes up to 41 s and the average time to 398.85 s and at the same time the volume of dead zone is reduced by 7.66 % and the short road flow eliminated as well.
