摘要
为有效合理地利用钩吻,以家兔作为研究对象,每公斤体重分别静脉注射0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0mg的钩吻总碱,研究钩吻总碱对家兔的呼吸、心率和血压的影响,综合分析其毒理作用.结果表明:每公斤体重注射4.0mg以上的钩吻总碱能抑制家兔的呼吸,使家兔心率减慢、血压降低.每公斤体重注射8.0mg的钩吻总碱导致家兔死亡,主要抑制延脑的呼吸中枢,引起呼吸中枢麻痹,呼吸衰竭而死亡,同时作用于迷走神经和心肌,引起血液循环障碍,从而加剧了肝、肾等脏器的损害.
This paper aims at the study of the toxic mechanism of gelsemium total alkaloids ,i.e. their impacts on respiration,heart rate and blood pressure by 5 different concentrations(0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0 mg/kg).The results show:gelsemium total alkaloids injected into vein 4 mg per weight inhibit respiratory remarkably,slow heart rate and drop blood pressure .When total alkaloids are injected into vein 8 mg per weight which results in death,it will inhibit respiratory centre, act on vague nerve , and cause circulation obstacle . Therefore,they can strengthen the damage of viscera such as liver and kidney.
