摘要
本文研究了在氨水介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化H_2O_2氧化甲酚红褪色新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法.方法具有高灵敏度和高选择性.线性范围为2 8ng/25ml.检测限为7×10^(-11)g/ml.方法应用于地下水和生物样中铜的测定,结果令人满意.
A Catalytic spectrophotometric method based on the oxidzation of cresd red with H_2O_2 by means of Cu(Ⅱ)as calalyst for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ)in ammoin water solution has been developed. The range of determination is 2-8 ng Cu(Ⅱ)/25ml,and detection limit is 7×10^(-11)g/ml (logA_0/A0.01 b=1cm). the effect of foreign icns has been studied and the method shows good seletivity. This method has been applied to determine copper in water and biological samples with satisfactory results.
