摘要
本文报道鸭人工感染鸭疫里默氏杆菌后主要免疫器官的病理组织学研究结果 ,发现法氏囊、脾脏病理变化严重 ,胸腺的病变较轻微 ,血清中γ -球蛋白含量显著下降。结果表明
The article reports pathological changes of main immune oranges of ducks infected serositis artificially. It is found that the level of γ-globulin in experimental group was much lower than that of control group(p<0.01) 48 hours after infection. Spleen and lymphoid follicle of bursa Fabrici appeared severe degeneration and necrosis.Pathological changes of thymus was slight. The results showed that infectious serositis of ducks has a great demolition on immune function.
