摘要
目的:探讨品质圈活动在降低肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生率中的应用。方法:成立品质圈,确立降低肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生率为活动课题。对57例病人进行了现状调查,设定目标并进行原因分析,制定相应的对策并组织实施。结果:品质圈活动使肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生率下降(P<0.05)。结论:品质圈活动应用于降低肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生率的效果满意。
Objective: Study quality circle activity in the application of the incidence of urinary retention after kidney puncture. Methods: Setting up the quality circles, the subject of activities was reducing the incidence of urinary retention after renal biopsy. Investigation was conducted in these 57 people, setting the goal and analysis it. Formulate the corresponding countermeasures and organize the implementation. Result: The quality circle activity make the rate of urinary retention reduced.
