摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对采用多层螺旋CT增强扫描并结合数字化虚拟技术分析的四肢骨折患者的CT扫描效果的影响。方法:将80例四肢骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组。所有患者均给予64层CT增强扫描,扫描结果采用数字化虚拟技术进行分析。对照组采用临床常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行健康教育护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者心理健康状态进行评定;评估患者对CT和疾病知识掌握情况;评价CT检查中患者依从性与效果。结果:观察组SAS、HAMD总分与干预前和对照组比较著降低(P【0.05),而对照组干预前后SAS、HAMD总分差异无统计学意义(P】0.05);观察组患者对CT和疾病知识掌握优良率为95.2%,显著高于对照组(P【0.05);观察组CT检查成功率为97.6%,显著高于对照组(P【0.05)。结论:健康教育能够使患者保持良好的心理状态,较好地掌握CT检查和疾病的有关知识,使患者在多层螺旋CT增强扫描过程中能配合检查,取得良好的配合效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of health education for limb fracture scanning by enhanced scans with MSCT combined with digitalization technique.Methods:80 cases of limb fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were given enhanced scans with MSCT;the results of scans were analyzed by digitalization technique.The two group's patients were given conventional nursing;the observation group's patients were given health education on the basis of the conventional nursing.Patients' mental health was assessed by SAS and HAMD,the situation of knowledge of MSCT and disease,the compliance in MSCT examination were evaluated.Results:The SAS and HAMD total score of the observation group were decreased significantly than that of the pre-intervention and the control group(P<0.05),while in the control group the SAS and HAMD total score had no significant change in inter-and intra-groups(P> 0.05);the excellent and good rate of knowing on knowledge of CT was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of CT examination was 97.6% in the observation group,the success rate of CT examination was higher significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education can be enable patients to maintain a good state of mind,better grasp of CT and disease knowledge,and then the health education can be enable patients to have compliance in the scan of enhanced scans with MSCT.
