摘要
目的:探讨原发翼状胬肉采用前弹力层面胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析82例84眼接受前弹力层面胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床资料,病例都为原发性翼状胬肉;随访3～12个月。结果:2眼翼状胬肉复发,复发率2.4%。结论:前弹力层面胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植是治疗原发翼状胬肉的一种简便、有效的方法。
To study the clinical effect of primary pterygium excision in front of Bowman membrane combined with conjaiunctival auto-graft transplatation .Methods 84 eyes of 82 cases of pterygium undergone excision in front of Bowman membrane combined with conjunctival autograft transplatation were analysed retrospectively. All the cases were primary pterygium .The period of follow up was 3～12 months.Results 2 eyes of pterygium were recured after surgery,the rate of recurrence was 2.38%.Conclusion primary pterygium excision in front of Bowman membrane combined with conjunctival autograft transplatation is a simple and effective procedure for primary pterygium.
