摘要
目的:建立双黄连颗粒中绿原酸的测定方法。方法:采用HypersilODS2C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相,检测波长为327。结果:绿原酸在12.0～120.0μg·mL-1的浓度内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.07%,RSD=0.89%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确。适用于双黄连颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the chlorogenic acid contents in Shuanghuanglian granules solution. METHODS HPLC was perfoemed by using C18 column,acetonitrile-0.4%phosphorc acid solution (13:87)as a mobile phase and detected at 327nm.RESULTS The method had good linear relationship(r=0.9999)and the average recovery was 100.07% with RSD of 0.89.CONCLLUSION This method is simple,rapidand accurate.
