摘要
本实验用细胞凋亡抑制基因 (bcl- 2 )JLV重组质粒 (JLV -bcl)免疫小鼠 ,测定免疫后小鼠的生长及血浆GH浓度。结果表明 ,经bcl- 2免疫后实验组小鼠体重均低于对照组 ,在 7~ 8周龄时实验A组小鼠体重与对照组存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。用RIA双抗法检测血浆中生长激素 (GH)浓度 ,发现在首免后 3周实验A组小鼠的GH浓度显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。这些结果均提示bcl- 2基因与小鼠生长有关 ,如果用基因治疗的方法增加bcl-
Mice were immunized by recombinant plasmid JLV-bcl that restrain apoptosis, and growth and plasma GH concentration of mice were detected after immunization. The results showed that average weight of mice immunized with bcl-2gene were lower than the control group, and the average weight of test A group were lower remarkably than the control group (P<0.05). GH concentration of the plasma sample was assayed with PIA, showing that GH concentration were lower remarkably than that of control group after the first booster (P<0.05). These indicated that bcl-2 gene immunization could reduced mouse growth.. Improving bcl-2content in the animal body by gene therapy would improve animal growth .
