摘要
地方高校重点实验室是科技创新和人才培养的重要基地,购置了大量的大型仪器设备,提升了地方高校科研条件,也暴露出大型仪器设备使用效益不高的问题。研究提出提高地方高校重点实验室大型仪器使用效益的建议。文章以北京农学院为例,剖析了影响大型仪器设备使用效率的原因,介绍了北京农学院在提高大型仪器使用效益方面采取的做法和经验,包括大型仪器综合评价指标体系、设立运行和功能开发基金和重视实验技术人员成长和发展等。
Key laboratories in local colleges and universities are important bases for science and technology innovation and personnel training,and have much large- scale equipment,whereas the utilization efficiency is very low.In order to provide some countermeasures on improving utilization efficiency of large- scale equipment of key laboratory in local colleges and universities,the paper studied the restriction factors of improving utilization efficiency of large- scale equipment based on the actual condition of Beijing University of Agriculture. Six proposals were made to improve utilization efficiency of large- scale equipment,including straightening out management system and operational mechanism,improving large- scale equipment purchase argumentation and the comprehensive evaluation index system,building a large- scale equipment sharing system and functional development fund,attaching great importance to the growth and development of technical personnel.
