摘要
基于全国农村固定观察点2017年新型农业经营主体发展指数专项调查的截面数据,通过构建似不相关回归模型,从新型农业经营主体整体经营状况、技术创新水平、标准化生产情况等方面,分别考察了农民专业合作社、家庭农场及农业产业化龙头企业从事融合型产业的主要影响因素。研究发现,新型农业经营主体从事融合型产业的影响因素存在一定的属性差异,不同类型的新型农业经营主体从事融合型产业的影响条件不尽相同。促进农村一二三产业融合发展、充分发挥新型农业经营主体的主力军作用,需要针对不同类型的新型农业经营主体实施不同的激励政策,尽可能地做到'精准施策、因主体制宜'。
Based on the cross-section data of RCRE in 2017,this paper constructed Seemingly uncorrelated regression model to investigate the main factors affecting the farmers’undefined specialized cooperatives,family farms and leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization engaged in the industry convergence from four aspects:the development of the main body of the new agricultural management,the level of technology,the standard production and the management situation.It is found that there are some attribute differences in the factors influencing the choice of the new type of main body of agricultural management,and the influence conditions of different types of the new type of agricultural main body of industry convergence are not the same.To promote the integration and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and to give full play to the main force of the new type of agricultural management,it is necessary to implement different incentive policies for different types of new agricultural management subjects,so as to achieve as much precision as possible.Because of the subject system is appropriate.
