摘要
农产品质量安全管理关乎人民生命健康,是各国长期坚持抓好的一件大事。目前,我国畜牧业快速发展,产销量位居世界第1位,但质量安全管理问题突出。对我国畜牧业农产品质量安全管理的现状进行梳理,总结了国外畜牧业农产品质量安全管理经验,并提出我国畜牧业农产品质量安全管理水平提升的对策。
Management of quality and safety of agricultural products is related to people’s life and health,which is one of the major events that all countries have persisted for a long time.At present,China’s animal husbandry industry has developed rapidly,with production and sales ranking first in the world,but quality and safety management issues are outstanding.Current situation of quality and safety management of livestock products in China were expounded,experiences of quality and safety management of livestock products abroad were summarized,and countermeasures for improving quality and safety management level of animal products in China were put forword.
