问题食用油脂严重影响着人们的身体健康和生活质量。综述了仪器分析方法鉴别问题食用油脂的研究进展,并对各种检验方法的效果进行了分析与评述。
Edible oils affect people's health and quality of life seriously. Research progress of identifying edible oils with instrument was reviewed,and effects of various test methods were analyzed and reviewed.
