摘要
在对榆林能化固体废渣渗滤液进行水质组成分析的基础上,研究了Fenton氧化-絮凝-SBR组合工艺条件对该渗滤液COD的去除效果。结果表明:在Fenton氧化处理条件为pH 4.0,H_2O_2和FeSO_4投加量分别为0.4%(v/v)和30 mg/L条件下,渗滤液的COD去除率较高;絮凝处理中PAC和PAM的适宜投加量分别为180 mg/L和1.0 mg/L;SBR工艺适宜的条件为瞬时进水,曝气时间为10 h和沉降时间为2.5 h。渗滤液经处理后的COD可降至59.4 mg/L,达到国家二级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。
Based on the water quality composition analysis of the solid waste slag leachate from the Yulin Nenghua, the COD removal efficiency of the leachate was studied by the Fenton oxidation-flocculation-SBR combined process conditions. The results showed that under the Fenton oxidation treatment conditions of p H 4.0, H2 O2 and FeSO4 amount 0.4 %(v/v)and 30 mg/L, respectively, leachate has a higher COD removal rate. The suitable dosages of PAC and PAM in flocculation treatment were 180 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L, respectively. Suitable conditions of the SBR process,instantaneous water inflow, aeration for 10 h and sedimentation for 2.5 h. The COD of leachate could be reduced to 59.4 mg/L after treatment, which met the national secondary emission standards(GB8978-1996).
