摘要
目的 探讨输入袢结扎胆管空肠袢式吻合术的疗效及价值。方法 采用空肠袢式胆肠吻合,对输入袢予以结扎作为外科治疗肝胆胰良恶性疾病时的胆肠通道重建。结果 临床应用12例,术后全部病例胆肠内引流效果良好,无严重并发症,经随访5个月～3年,无严重返流性胆管炎。结论 本术式操作简便易行,安全可靠,为胆肠通道重建的有效术式之一。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness and value of ligating in input loop of cholangion jejunostomy. Methods The adoption of jejunal loop cholangion jejunostomy using input loop to ligate as the reestablishment cholangionje-junal channel when the surgery treat benign or malignant disease of the liver, biliary or pancreas. Results Twelve cases in clinical application, no serious complications were found of all the cases after operation and the effect of cholangionjejunal interanal drainage was good. Follow up 5 months to 3 years,there was no serious reflux cholangitis. Conclusion The operation is very simple and easy,and also safe and dependable.It's one of the effective way of operation to reestablish the cholan-gio-jejunal channel.
