摘要
在调查浙江省山林权属纠纷现状的基础上,总结了山林权属纠纷的特点,剖析其存在的原因,并提出相应的对策和措施。
Investigations on current situation of dispute in ownership of hills and forest in Zhejiang province demonstrated characters and causes of these disputes, and countermeasures were proposed.
