选用罗曼褐壳蛋鸡 960只 ,随机分为 10组 ,每组 96只。将 3种锌水平、3种锌源、3种硒水平按 3因素 3水平L9( 3 4)正交设计配制 9种预混剂 ,另加 1组对照组计 10组预混剂 ,随机分配到 10组试验鸡群中 ,进行为期 3 0d试验。分别在正式试验开始后的第 15、3 0天 ,取样化验测定蛋中锌、硒的含量。饲后 15d ,日粮硒含量显著影响硒在蛋中沉积 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;饲后 3 0d ,日粮锌和硒的含量极显著影响硒在蛋中沉积 (P <0 .0 1) ,锌源也对硒在蛋中的沉积产生显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。饲后 15d和 3 0d日粮锌、硒含量及锌源对蛋中锌含量的影响均未达到显著水平 (P >0 .0
A total of 960 Lohmann brown laying hens were randomly allotted to one of 10 treatments of 96 hens each. In addition to one control premix, nine experimental premixes were formulated in an orthogonal design of three zinc levels, three zinc sources and three selenium levels. One treatment was randomly fed one of the premixes for 30 days. Both zinc and selenium in eggs were assayed on days 15 and 30 after the experiment started. Accumulation of selenium in eggs was significantly (P<0.05) affected by dietary selenium 15 days after feeding, very significantly (P<0.01) affected by dietary zinc and selenium 30 days after feeding, and also significantly (P<0.05) affected by zinc sources. Zinc levels in eggs were not affected (P>0.05) by dietary zinc and selenium and zinc sources 15 and 30 days after feeding.
