摘要
以某型军用车辆柴油机为研究对象,进行了4,500,m海拔条件下的高原模拟环境试验,比较和分析了该型柴油机燃用军用柴油和掺混不同比例聚甲氧基二烷基醚型含氧燃料时的燃烧特性.结果表明:高原环境下柴油机燃用该型含氧燃料时,随着掺混比例增加,滞燃期缩短,压升率降低,燃烧放热等容度增加,热效率提高,有效地缓解了高原环境下柴油机功率损失和后燃严重的问题,尤其在柴油机高速小负荷工况下,动力性与经济性显著提高,是一种适用于高原环境下的聚醚型含氧型燃料.
A military vehicle diesel engine was chosen as the research object in a simulated environment of an altitude 4,500,meters.Combustion characteristics were compared and analyzed for diesel engine fueled with military diesel and diesel-oligomeric polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether blend.Results show that ignition delay is decreased,rate of pressure rise is decreased,combustion compactness is strengthened,and thermal efficiency is improved when diesel engine is fueled with this oxygenated fuel under the simulated plateau environment.This oxygenated fuel can alleviate the engine power loss and seriousness of later combustion in plateau environment effectively.In particular,the power and fuel economy are obviously improved under high speed and low load conditions.The study suggests that oligomeric polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether is a suitable fuel for diesel in plateau environment.
