摘要
针对配用低黏结煤所导致的配合煤黏结性能指标无法准确预测的行业难题,研究了常用的低黏结煤种分别配用及同时配用5%～25%时对配合煤黏结性能指标的影响。研究发现,对于配合煤的大多数黏结性能指标而言,配用这2种低黏结煤种时,其预测值和实测值之间存在较好的线性相关性。同时,首次发现b值也可以通过文中建立的关系式较为准确地预测。
In view of the unpredictability for the caking properties of blended coal,a bottleneck in coking industry,due to mixing with low caking coal,thus comparison is made for the impacts to the blended coal caking properties between two scenarios,i.e.blending with two kinds of low caking coals(5%~25%) individually and blending with them both.The result shows that for most of caking properties of the blended coal,there will be a clear linear dependence between the values predicated and measured when blended with the said two kinds of low caking coals.It is found that the value b can also be accurately predicted by the equation in this paper.
