摘要
采用磷矿粉为原料,经合适的脱毒技术,沉淀出F、As、Pb等有害物质,最后用Ca(OH)_2乳液中和而制得饲料级二水磷酸氢钙(CaHPO_4·2H_2O)。该方法原材料来源广泛,工艺简单,成本低,产品转化率高,产品质量达到GB8258—87标准。
The forage-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate was prepared from ardeailte, through proper treatment to precipitation toxic materials, such as F, As.Pb, and neutralization with Ca(OH)_2 emulsion. This technological process had the advantages of enough raw materials, simple process, low cost, high transformation ratio, and the product reached the standard of GB8258-87.
