摘要
本文介绍了SAPROSS软件在合成氨工业过程中应用的情况。文中用详细模拟的方法,对一个天然气制氨装置七项改造措施作逐步改造模拟,从而进行能耗计算和系统分析,并判断这些改造措施的实效。文中用分项贡献计算代替传统分项叠加,使系统分析更为可靠。作者认为,这是化学工程理论和软件在实际工业过程中见诸实效的应用。
The application of the SAPROSS programme to ammonia industry is introduced, and the detail simulation method is used to simulate a step by step revamping process of a ammonia plant(including seven items) from natural gas, and the energy-consumption calculation and system analysis are carried out, then the revam effects are evaluated. The system analysis is more reliable by using the item contribution method instead of the superposition method. It is believed that this is an effective application of chemical engineering theory and software in the commercial processes.
