摘要
针对当前产品数据管理软件在项目管理上的弱点,根据开发产品数据管理软件的经验,本文通过分析和项目管理有关的若干问题着重介绍了产品数据管理软件中项目管理功能的具体实现方法,实现了项目管理模块管理项目全部信息的功能。为以任务为管理核心和以流程模板驱动任务的项目管理软件的开发提供一种解决方法。
Aiming at the shortcoming of the PDM software in project management,according to the experience on developing PDM,by analyzing several relevant problems with project management,this article emphasizes the way to realize the project manage function of PDM,realizes the possibility to manage all the information of a project just with the project management module of PDM. It gives a solution to the development of project manage software which considers the tasks as the managing center and drives the tasks by the flow templates.
