摘要
玉米自清初传入河南,但推广较为缓慢,直到光绪年间才有广泛的种植。本文通过对清代至民国时期玉米在河南引种的比较分析,对该区域内玉米的别称来源以及玉米在河南不同地区的种植推广过程做了较为详细的梳理,同时还分析了玉米的生产情况及其对河南社会经济、农业生产的促进作用。
Maize came into Henan in the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,but the promotion was slow.It was not until the Guangxu’s reign that maize was widely planted.Through the comparative analysis of maize introduction in Henan during the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China,this paper makes a detailed review of other names and the cultivation and planting process of maize in different areas of Henan and studies the production of maize and its effects on social and economic development and agriculture production in Henan.
