专升本，一字之差是质的飞跃。要强化本科意识，落实本科合格创优标准，按照“教师是关键，服务是保证，管理出质量，经营出效益”，切实提高办学层次和质量水平。
To upgrade the rank of our school system from diploma education to degree education,the difference between words means a great leap of quality.We need to strengthen our ideology about degree education,to reach the standards of creating advanced quality for degree education so as to really improve the level of our school as well as the education qualification, following the credendum of 'teachers are pivotal;service is the guarantee;administration produces quality;while management results in benefit.
