摘要
肝硬化是各种慢性肝病发展的晚期阶段,而肝硬化腹水是肝功能失代偿时最突出的临床表现。合理的治疗腹水不但可减轻症状,而且可防止在腹水基础上发展的一系列并发症,如SBP、肝肾综合征等。本文对肝硬化腹水的临床治疗现状进行综述,加深人们对肝硬化腹水临床治疗的认识。
Cirrhosis is an advanced stage of a variety of chronic liver diseases,and ascites is the most prominent clinical manifestations at the liver decompensation stage of cirrhosis.Treatment for ascites not only can alleviate the symptoms but also prevent a series of complications,such as SBP,hepatorenal syndrome and so on.The aim of this study was to deepen doctor's understanding of clinical treatment of cirrhotic ascites by summarizing the clinical treatment status of ascites due to cirrhosis.
