摘要
磁共振波谱(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,MRS)为临床提供一种无损伤性检测活体器官和组织代谢、生化变化、化合物分析的技术。通过代谢成像提供被检测组织代谢物的化学信息,广泛应用在脑肿瘤诊断中,技术亦日趋成熟,本文将主要介绍~1H-MRS在脑肿瘤诊治中的应用情况。
Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy can provide a non-invasive detection technology for organs and tissue metabolism、biochemical changes and the analysis of compounds to clinic.It can provide chemical information of tissue metabolites detected through the metabolic imaging technology.It is widely used in the diagnosis of brain tumors.Technology has matured,This article introduces the ~1H-MRS in the application of the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors.
