Remote Control Technology and Application of Gas Well in Su10 Block

摘要 苏里格气田地处沙漠地区,单井井数多,分布广,并且由于开发时间较长,部分单井远传设备存在技术落后,故障率高,不利于气井管理等特点,针对目前存在的问题,针对性地开展了Lora单井数据采集与传输、智能视频监控、远程自动开关井等新技术的实验和应用,结果表明,采用这一系列新技术后,气井管理效率明显提高,为实现数字化气田奠定了坚实基础。 The Sulige gas field is in the desert, gas well number, wide distribution, And because of early development, some remote transmission equipment of single well has the characteristics of backward technology, high failure rate and bad for gas well management. To address existing problems, experiments and applications of new technologies such as Lora single well data acquisition and transmission intelligent video monitoring remote automatic switch Wells are carried out. The results show that the efficiency of gas well management is improved after adopting the new technologies, which lays a solid foundation for realizing the digitalized gas field.
