SY-1井页岩取心钻井工艺

摘要 SY-1井是部署在川东南构造东胜背斜的第一口页岩气探井,本井的取心作业承担着获取该区块页岩气地质评价参数,落实页岩气勘探潜力的重要任务。通过分析该井上部地层易漏失、井眼轨迹平滑度差和页岩易碎、易堵心等施工难点,对取心工具及取心钻头的选型、取心参数的优选和取心过程复杂情况的预防措施进行了研究,制定了合理的取心关键技术措施,确保了取心施工顺利完成。该井累计取心9次,取心进尺151.7m,平均岩心收获率100%,为该区块页岩取心作业积累了宝贵经验。 SY-1 Well is the first exploration well deployed in the Dong Sheng anticline of the SouthEast of Sichuan structural zone.The coring has a significant impact on acquiring geological evaluation and verifying exploration potential.Through analyzing difficulties of coring,such as leakage of top hole,bad well course and broken core,the research for type selection of core tools and core bit,coring parameter optimize and prevention of accidents has been processed,and then the systematic reasonable technical measures are established.The core number of trips is 9,the coring footage is 151.7 m,and the average core recovery is 100%.SY-1 Well has gathered valuable experience for coring in this block.
