摘要
油田增产压裂过程中压裂液到井底的压力受现场条件的制约无法精准测量,通过计算压裂液在油套环空中的压降确定井底压力。将油套环空管道的计算转化为具有当量直径的圆形管道计算,根据油套环空内液体压降数学模型,通过Visual Basic软件编写高压油套环空压降计算程序。计算在不同当量直径下压裂液压降随压裂液密度,粘度,排量的关系,结果表明压降随着排量、压裂液密度和粘度的增大不断增大,环空截面积减小导致压降增大。
The pressure of fracturing fluid on bottom hole can't be calculated accurately restrained by site poor condition during the hydraulic fracture process.Bottom hole pressure can be confirmed by the pressure drop of annular fracturing fluid.Annular pipe can be converted equivalent diameter pipe which can be calculated based on mathematical model by writing aprogram used Visual Basic software.The relation between Pressure drop of fracturing fluid and that density and viscosity and displacement of fracturing fluid can be calculated.Results shows that the pressure drop increases as the increase of displacement,density and viscosity.And also pressure drop increases with the annular crass sectional area extending.
