电厂脱硝改造技术应用

摘要 为满足国家"十二五"相关环境保护的要求,进一步降低NOX排放,改善当地大气质量,需要在燃煤锅炉尾部加装脱硝装置。烟气脱硝应用较多的是选择性催化还原法(SCR)、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)及SNCR/SCR联合技术,由于高的还原率及技术的广泛使用,选择性催化还原(SCR)已成为目前国内电厂烟气脱硝的主流技术。本文介绍了SCR的脱硝技术,分析了选择性催化还原(SCR)技术的脱硝原理、工艺流程、设备布置和系统组成。 Now,most of the power stations in China relies on coal- fired furnaces. This has caused environmental pollution,which is one of the greatest blocks to the development of the power industry. NOx has become the focus of environmental governance after dust and SOx. Air Pollutant Emission Standard for Coal- fired Power Stations( GB13223- 2011) has been issued and it will be put into effect from July 1 2014. According to the new standard,the concentration value of NOx emission of power stations should be lower than 100 mg /m3. However,at present,it's a great difficulty for power stations to fulfill the standard,so the nitrate removal transformation is urgently needed. To meet the requests of the Twelfth Five- Year Guideline and improve the air quality by reducing the emission of NOx,we should install nitrate removing devices at the back of furnaces. Nitrate removal can be achieved with the selective catalytic reduction method( SCR),the selective non- catalytic reduction method( SNCR) or a combination of both. But now the selective catalytic reduction method( SCR) has become the main technology for nitrate removal because of its high reduction rate and wide application. The article introduces nitrate removal by using SCR,and its principle,process,facility location and system composition.
